Oat & seeds protein cookies

Ingredients


40gr rapeseed oil

1 tsp of honey or maple sryrup

1 egg

1 tsp of cocoa powder

1 tsp of cinnamon

90gr oats & mix of seeds

60gr natural almond butter

vanilla extract or vanilla bean


Mix everything in a bowl and prepare the cookies with your wet hands, as the mixture can be very sticky! Place the cookies in a baking tray and cook for around 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree.
